They also include an agreement to arbitrate certain disputes and a class-action waiver unless you timely opt out as described in the complete Terms.

PREPHAUS is not an emergency service

PREPHAUS is not a 911 service, emergency dispatch or monitoring service, public warning system, fire or security alarm service, medical service, or substitute for government or first-responder communications. Do not rely on PREPHAUS as your sole source of emergency information.

During an actual or suspected emergency, call 911 when appropriate, follow instructions from local authorities and first responders, and monitor official emergency alerts and government information. Do not delay evacuation, medical treatment, emergency response, or another time-sensitive protective action while waiting for PREPHAUS information.

Preparedness information and scores

Household resilience depends on event severity, location, property and household circumstances, human behavior, equipment condition, installation quality, utilities, infrastructure, weather, emergency response, supplies, and other factors outside PREPHAUS control. Preparedness may reduce certain risks; it does not eliminate risk.

Resilience Scores, pillar scores, duration-specific scores, readiness indicators, gap analyses, and capability estimates are informational planning tools. They are not insurance or actuarial scores, government certifications, inspections, engineering certifications, warranties, predictions of safety, or guarantees of emergency performance.
